Kreslik creates custom clothing based on an uploaded drawing or a purchased gift voucher.

Every item is made to order after payment and a review of the uploaded artwork.

You first choose a product, then upload the drawing, then complete shipping and payment.

The order is confirmed after successful payment and the confirmation is sent by email.

Production time depends on the selected product and current production capacity. The store should show the expected lead time before purchase.

Shipping price and method depend on the chosen country and delivery option.

If the delivered product is damaged or incorrect, contact the store as soon as possible through the contact page or by replying to the confirmation email.

Custom-made products may have limited return rights, because they are created from your own artwork. Faulty products should still be handled individually.
